There are areas of stunning beauty and interest, and 'Miradors' Government marked 'trig' points often at the highest places offering wonderful views. The term 'Mirador' means a vantage point and place for reflection. There is swimming in the lake, numerous traditional tapas bars and restaurants dotted around, some by the lake, and some in the many villages. Or you may wish to sit within our garden with a good book, or use our private pool, and top up your tan....
Why not take a day to explore the Alhambra Palace in Granada, also take time to wander around the Madina known as the Moroccan Quarter of Granada, where the streets are crowded with small Moroccan shops, more traditionally found in Northern Africa. Explore numerous other towns and cities and monuments of historical interest. Although we are situated inland the coastal resort of the old town of 'Mojacar' is just 90 mins away and has a good sandy beach with all the usual beach facilities.
There's also the city of Seville, well known for its oranges, or toward's Almeria there's Little Hollywood , the place where many spaghetti westerns have been shot, an you can take part in the attraction today with staged cowboy fights throughout the day. Skiing in the Nevada's is approx 1 hour from us. There really are so many more beautiful areas, almost too many to mention here just waiting for you.
