Please Note Our Terms & Conditions

1. Monies paid in to us in the currency of GBP (Great Britain Pounds) paid by  electronic methods or cheques drawn on a bank within the UK. 
2. All monies once clearing our bank will be issued with a receipt by post and /or confirmed by fax or email.
3. Once  we give you provisional date/s  to be available, we will hold these for a period of 48hrs to enable your payment to reach our UK address. or to be electronicaly transfered into our account.
4. Cheques marked 'refer to drawer'  or returned unpaid will  cancel all arrangements and the proposed dates will return to being available to our system.
5. Final payments must clear our account 6 weeks prior to your holiday.
6. Final payments must be made in the UK and can not be made on your arrival in Spain.
7. All bookings will be charged a excess returnable deposit of  50 GBP  to cover against any wilfull damage. It will be returned by post upon your departure.
8. Bookings once made cannot be cancelled with out a cancelation fee being charged as follows:    Between your booking being confirmed and a period of up to 8 weeks prior to your stay a fee of 10% is deductable. After 8 weeks and before 6 weeks to your stay a fee of 50% is deductable  Less than 4 weeks to your stay 100% of the fee is deductable.
9. If you, or one of your party become to ill to travel, with the production of a Doctors certificate, that may be confirmed with your doctor a maximum of 90% of the total cost is returnable (10% is withheld to cover our admin. fees)
10. Use of our pool is by invitation, although we will take every care as regarding safety. ''Use of the pool is entirely at your own risk'' Strictly non swimmers must use buoyancy aids such as arm bands and must be supervised by a swimmer at all times.
11. All persons under 16yrs must be supervised by a adult. and should not swim alone. Serious injury can result from 'diving' into shallow water. The shallow end is 1 mtr deep, deepest end is 2 mtr's deep.
12. The pool area is strictly prohibited from entering with food or drink, in plastic or glass containers in the interest of safety. If the pool needs to be drained you will lose your  holding deposit.
13. PLEASE NOTE  You are responsible for your safety, and of those in your party, We will not beheld liable for any loss or injury however caused.  Reading and understanding this is a condition of your acceptance of our terms  and agreeing with this, forms a condition for the use of the pool.
14. All insurances to cover luggage and / or  travel / health is solely your responsibility.
15. Articles lost or stolen are your responsibility. it is up to you to guard any items safely. Articles left with us for safe keeping in our safe are again at your own risk.
16. We reserve the right  to terminate your stay at any time  with us for the following reasons: Wilfull damage to our property by any person or guest in your party. Violence, Agressive behaviour, Theft, and Unreasonable conduct. You will be required to leave without any refunds of monies already paid.
17. All expenses incured by way of fees for food and drink purchased from us must be paid in full on the day, there is no credit facility available. and the currency for this is the euro only.
18. your apartment can be occupied by you and your guests form 14:00 hours on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure. you may wish to store your luggage with us until you depart. this restriction only applies if the apartment is required by other guests. Otherwise you must vacate by dusk, Failing to do this will attract a single  nights additional fee, that must be paid in cash in euros on the day at the days official bank exchange rate.
19. Any outstanding monies must be settled by cash in Euros paid in full before your departure.
20. Please leave the accommodation in a similar condition as you found it.  You may  be billed for any 'excessive' cleaning /repairing costs involved.
