The accommodation compries of:            

KITCHEN: 

The kitchen is fitted with a oven and gas hob, air extractor, sink and cupboards, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, various utensels. All pots and pans etc.

LOUNGE:

This room has fitted hot & cold air-conditioning, 2 sofas, 1 bed/sofa, dining table, CD Player, T.V. with sky. (the sky system has limited free to air chanels BBC 1, BBC 2, etc. ) For a wider choice of TV chanels may we suggest you bring your own sky viewing card with you. We also provide wi-fi internet access.

BEDROOM 1:

This bedroom is the largest, and has a king size double bed, chest of drawers, dressing table & mirror, with a large wardrobe. It's fitted with air conditioning (hot & cold).

BEDROOM 2:

This bedroom is fitted with twin single beds, bedside drawers, wardrobe, & mobile cooling fan.

BEDROOM 3:

Smaller room, with a double bed, also fitted with ceiling fan.

BATHROOM:

The bathroom has a modern shower, hand basin  & mirror, W.C, & bidet.

SWIMMING POOL:

We have a 4 x 5 mtr swimming pool, with outside shower, the pool is cleaned and water checked daily, it's mostly secluded and within a gated area. Also we have sun loungers in the pool area. You will need to bring your own towels for sunbathing & pool use.

OUTSIDE:

We have a garden area with a water fountain and rustic covered pergola. There's seating under the pergola enjoying the garden views leading to a south facing patio area containing an outside W.C. / pool changing area.

POOLSIDE  BAR: 

Well stocked side bar, with seating area and water feature, shaded from the sun by a rustic style canopy, where we can supply a wide range of draught beer, spirits, and mineral drinks and serve hot & cold snacks if required.

NOTE:

All opening windows have fly screens, and roller shutters installed,  gas for cooking & showers, linen, water, and electricity is included except for the air-conditioning  which we ask our guests to use sensibly, and to keep prices down we've  installed a coin meter supplying electricity at about 1 to 2 euros a day;  if you don't need it, you don't pay for it. Towels are provided, but please keep them to the apartment and not in the garden/ pool area. We ask you to bring your own towels for this use. Please treat this as your home whilst here but not abuse it as we want this holiday to be an enjoyable one where you will want to return.
