BEDROOM 3:

Smaller room, with a double bed, also fitted with ceiling fan.

BATHROOM:

The bathroom has a modern shower, hand basin  & mirror, W.C, & bidet.

SWIMMING POOL:

We have a 4 x 5 mtr swimming pool, with outside shower, it's mostly secluded and within a gated area. Also we have sun loungers in the pool area.

OUTSIDE:

We have a garden area with a water fountain and rustic covered pergola. There's seating under the pergola enjoying the garden views leading to a south facing patio area containing an outside W.C. / pool changing area.

POOLSIDE  BAR: 

A private bar, with seating area and water feature, shaded from the sun by a rustic style canopy,

The lounge has a 'almond shell' burning cast iron heater (sack of shells is 1.40 Euro and lasts for about 4 to 5 hours. It has a typicle Andalucian feel and a inlaid rustic tiled floor. Also the chimney area is stone clad.

The are many double power points and a antena lead  concealed and conected to a 1.2 meter sky dish.

MISC

The total reform was finished including a total rewire just two years ago. all lower floor doors and windows are all double glazed, the bathroom and lounge and office all have emergency lighting.
